Most of my work involves both planning and litigation for trust, estate and asset protection matters. 20+ years previously with Atlanta law firms Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan and Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry. I was an IRS Agent (prior to law school) in the Internal Revenue Service Atlanta large-case examination division. My law degree is from Emory University Law School, with undergrad finance and graduate business degrees.
